She is survived by her husband, Daniel A. Moore; and son, Matthew Aaron Jones, Murray. Mrs. Colson was born Oct. 29, 1943, in Almo, Kentucky to J. B. Jones and Stella Ernestberger Jones. She was a retired CNA and a member of the Bethany Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Colson; son, Stanley Colson; sister, Norma Garland; and a brother, Asher Jones. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Gail Colson, Murray; two sisters, Sharon Jo Jones (Dan), Murray and Ella Boren (Charles), Dexter; two grandchildren, Jimmy Ray Colson and Bradley Austin Colson; one great-grandson, Hunter Colson; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, at the Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Kee officiating. Burial will follow in the Stewart Cemetery. Mr. Bullard was born in Iuka, Mississippi, July 30, 1923, to Owen and Pearl Morris Bullard. During World War II he lived in Oakridge, Tennessee, where he assisted in the making of the atomic bomb.
